Povilas has founded XtGem back in 2006 and has been working on it ever since. What started as a weekend project quickly got out of hand and Povilas is currently keeping himself busy managing a team of great individuals with a constant desire to innovate the market.

Danas has joined XtGem in 2010 and helped push the envelope even further. Danas proved to be invaluable in building, measuring and planning the business side of the project. He was the force that transformed XtGem from a one-man project into a full-blown business.

Arminas joined XtGem on the quest for world-domination in 2010 and was quick to reveal his vast engineering skill-set right away. Lead developer and back-end guru, Arminas can quickly cobble up innovative solutions to even most difficult problems that keep blowing us away every single time.

Tadas joined the team in 2010 and immediately saw an opportunity for improvement. He wasn't hesitant to take our then-current server architecture and rethink it from ground-up. As a result, XtGem is now running fast, stable and smooth. And if something ever breaks, Tadas is quick to swoop in from the shadows and take care of the problem.

The man behind the contact form, Graham, started as an ordinary XtGem user. After Povilas had noticed Graham's passion for XtGem and helping others, he was immediately offered a job to work with XtGem full-time and help create the most kick-ass service ever. Graham accepted, and the rest is history.

After joining XtGem in 2011, Ričardas was tasked with the development and maintenance of the front-end code base of the service (the HTMLs, JavaScripts and whatnot). Together with Mindaugas they represent our user-experience-development-dept.
